I came to Sheila for healing because I was experiencing some sadness and was feeling just a little bit depleted by life. Additionally, I had been told by other gifted individuals that I had a psychic attachment to my ex-husband, not because I wasn't ready to let go, but because he wasn't ready to let go. This was a very accurate assessment of the situation because 3 years post divorce, my ex continues to tell me he's going to win me back and sends me emotional texts at all hours of the night (I never respond or encourage in any way). I have been told that I won't find true peace (or a new relationship) until the cord with my ex-husband is severed.

When we started our healing session, Sheila immediately put me at ease and explained exactly what she was going to do. The whole process was very relaxing and my only job was to continue to breathe deeply. I had been very fatigued in the couple of days leading up to the healing session but after Sheila finished working on my chakras, the fatigue was gone. I felt renewed and refreshed and that has continued in the days following our session!
