Sheila has done some shamanic healing for me, and I am so grateful.  When my nephew passed I experienced what felt like a literal heartbreak that stayed with me as pain radiating from my center. I was on the road as a truck driver and let her work on me remotely. While I didn't notice the change that night, the next morning I awoke with no pain. The emotional pain remained, but the physical pain that was going to lead me to the emergency room the next day -- gone. 

Another time she worked on healing, dealing with anger around the death of my nephew, I again didn't notice anything during the session, until the realization came to me of how to let go of the anger. We were talking, and I admit I tuned her out because something was coming through to me. As I opened to it, I was given a wonderful revelation that continues to help me work through the anger that was devastating me. I can't explain what exactly she did, but the healing has been real.  I am grateful and blessed to have worked with her.
