Take two minutes to feel gratitude for your life! Say each item out loud. Don’t feel silly. The universe is listening to you. Go all out and be thankful for any living thing-trees, plants, wild animals and friends and family, of course. You can’t go wrong in being thankful for your job, health, a vehicle, and the ability to pay your bills. If you are struggling, look around where you are sitting and be thankful for any little thing that you have. It will lift your spirits and turn your frown upside down!!! Namaste my friend.
